In Magento configuration, there is a Country option feature. With this feature, you can choose which country your business is located and select countries from where you accept orders and payments. Steps To Configure The Selling Countries Options In Magento 2
Step # 1 : Go to your store and log in to the Admin Panel.
Step # 2 : After logging in, on the Admin Panel sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.
Step # 3 : In the left panel, find and choose GENERAL > General.
Step # 4 : Click on the Country Options to expand the section.
Step # 5 : Select your country as the Default Country to share where your business is located.
Step # 6 : Then, in the Allow Countries list, by default all countries are selected. However, if you want to select some different countries, you can choose only the countries from which you accept orders and payments.
Step # 7 : In the Zip/Postal Code is Optional for list, choose all the countries where you conduct business that do not require a ZIP or postal code to be included as part of the street address.
Step # 8 : In the European Union Countries list, choose all the countries in the EU where you conduct business.
Step # 9 : In the Top Destinations list, by default all the countries are selected but if you want to select some different countries you can choose the primary countries that you target for sales.
Step # 10 : After you’re done with all the above steps, click the Save Config button to save the settings.
